We would like to personally welcome you to Kansas City Property Solutions LLC, and take a moment to familiarize you with our services. 

Whether you are a tenant looking for a place to call home, an owner or HOA looking for a trustworthy company that services the Kansas City Metro area, we hope that we can serve you.

On this site you will find our homes that are currently available for lease (these are kept updated, so if they show up they should still be available) ways to contact us, or fill out a rental application.

For everyone, we try to keep things simple and easy. From screenings, to paying rent, to receiving direct deposits, it can all be done online. So as an owner, no matter where you are, you will hopefully feel like you have a connection to your home and tenants! And as a tenant, you will be happy with the ease of paying online, putting in work orders, communication, etc.!
