If we have your email address you can log in to pay your dues and see your account online. Just go to 'resident sign in' on the home page. If you don't remember your log in, just request a new one with the link below the sign in box. Or you can email us your info at info@kansascitypropertysolutions.com, or call our office if you need any help logging in or setting up your account at 816-285-6531
If you are a first time resident with this HOA we want to welcome you, we are Kansas City Property Solutions LLC, the managers of your Homes Association. We will be managing your HOA account moving forward and hope to build a great relationship with you and your family as we work with the board and homeowners.
If you recently purchased your property through a title company you probably saw some pro-rated HOA dues on your closing statement, and you should be paid up until the next posting date for dues if so (either monthly or annually depending on your particular HOA). The next dues statement will be sent to you provided we have a good email address on file for you. Meeting info and other announcements also frequently come through email as well.
Log In: You can also log into your portal and see your account, as well as conveniently put in any requests, etc. Again all that's needed is your email address to set this up. HOA documents will also be there online for download and review. If you need a copy physically mailed to you we would be happy to do that, and with many HOAs those are sent as part of a welcome packet at purchase of a home.
